Our Services
The Cambium Group provides a range of services tailored to alleviate common challenges faced by behavioral health organizations with the goal of allowing leaders to focus on the provision of superior patient care.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CODING, BILLING & REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT

Behavioral health coding, billing, and revenue cycle management (RCM) are integral components of any healthcare organization. Unfortunately systems for doing so are not often developed for mental health and are instead focused on more general medical services. In addition, providers do not receive any formal training on mental health billing and are often engaging in practices that negatively impact reimbursement.
Behavioral health RCM encompasses the entire process of managing financial transactions related to behavioral health services, from appointment scheduling to final payment collection. Effective RCM involves optimizing revenue streams, creating systems to minimize the potential for billing errors, streamlining administrative and clinical workflows, and maximizing reimbursement through accurate coding and compliant billing practices.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, OPERATIONS AND ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP
Business development, operations, and organizational leadership are fundamental aspects of running a successful practice. Our goal is to help identify areas of need and provide solutions for filling key gaps that are inhibiting the overall health of an organization of any size.
Business development focuses on long-term growth strategies to maximize revenue, diversify service delivery, and improve overall profitability while Operations encompass the day-to-day activities and processes required to deliver the services offered. Organizational leadership is focused on optimizing efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize profit while maintaining high quality standards and meeting patient needs.

CRISIS PLANNING & MANAGEMENT

Dr. David Driver, M.D. is a double board-certified Adult Psychiatrist who owns a multisite, multilevel, accredited licensed outpatient behavioral health clinic spanning 5 states. He has formal training in risk assessment and crisis management, established behavioral health programs in 2 universities, served in mental health programs at all levels of care (outpatient, inpatient - voluntary and involuntary, and residential), managed mental health emergences relating to high profile individuals both nationally and internationally, and has forensic experience that includes testifying at involuntary commitment proceedings.
Proper risk assessment and crisis planning allows organizations and their providers to have a roadmap during difficult times. Poor planning can lead to sentinel events, increased liability and have a deleterious effect on moral and organizational culture. Having a guide in place allows for a swift and effective response to a crisis that in turn limits exposure, protects staff, maintains organizational stability, facilitates communication and enhances reputation.
